What You’ll Do

Act as primary technical point of contact for boat captains, OEMs, and distributors.

Troubleshoot DC/AC pumps and fuel polishing systems over the phone by visualizing the mechanical issue.

Perform hands‑on bench testing and failure analysis on returned equipment in our Davie shop.

Guide customers through installation, parts identification, and field repairs with patience and clarity.

Mechanically inclined: Understand fluid dynamics, motors, and basic electrical circuits.

Service-oriented: Professional can‑do attitude and enjoy helping people solve problems.

Detail-focused: Read technical drawings and maintain accurate service logs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose DC/AC pump issues, flow restrictions, and electrical faults via phone and email.

Provide white‑glove service to captains and OEMs, turning technical frustrations into positive solutions.

Perform bench tests on returned units to identify root causes of mechanical failure.

Use exploded‑view drawings to identify and quote the correct replacement parts.

Advise clients on proper plumbing, wiring, and system mounting.

Essential Functions

Manual lifting up to 35 lbs.

Stand for 8 hours at one time.

Qualifications

Years of experience: 2 years.

Experience level: Experienced.

Education: High School (required).

Benefits & Compensation
Pay offered: $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM.
