Marketing Coordinator I
The Marketing Coordinator I will assist the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing plans for revenue divisions of Thompson Tractor Company ("TTCo"). The position holder will become the imbedded strategic marketing partner for one of those divisions.
Essential Responsibilities & Expectations:
Work closely with Division Leadership, the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager on executing marketing plans that drive business results
Execute marketing campaigns individually and at the direction of the Director of Marketing and/or the Marketing Manager in relevant business segments and media channels, monitoring campaign and program results
Manage and deploy OEM marketing programs
Participate in customer events and TTCo events
Create and place content for assigned marketing channels, including websites and social media. Travel – up to 25% and including some weekends - with dealer personnel, sales representatives and/or Marketing colleagues as required
Support and assist management with all related administrative tasks
Understand and use related websites, programs and software
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: No previous business experience required.

Safety Summary:
Working Conditions: Work is normally performed in the Marketing Department office environment. Some work must be performed in the shop and field environment with limited exposure to physical risk. Some physical effort is required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
