We specialize in curated jewelry, elevated gifts, and lifestyle pieces for clients who value quality, craftsmanship, and person service. We are not a traditional retail store - we are sales-driven, relationship-focused boutique.

This IS NOT a cashier position. Our team actively engages customers, guides their experience, and drives sales through product knowledge, styling, and services.

What You Will Do

Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience

Engage every customer with confidence and professionalism

Build repeat business through client relationship and follow-up

Guide clients in styling, gift, and product selection

Drive sales and meet or exceed individual goals

Suggest add-on items and increase units per transaction

Maintain strong product knowledge and visual presentation

What We Are Looking For

Proven sales ability (retail, jewelry, and apparel preferred)

Confident, engaging, and comfortable initiating conversation

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in fashion, jewelry, and styling

Availability on weekends, holidays, and during high-traffic periods

Compensation

Base pay: $16/hour

Commission: 3%-6% on personal sales from $1,000 and above

Performance bonuses available

Top performers earn $25/hour and above
