About the Role
The Sr. Brand Manager will lead key product platforms within the Liquid I.V. portfolio, driving brand strategy, commercialization, innovation, and integrated campaign execution to unlock growth and strengthen category leadership. This role requires a highly strategic and commercially‑minded marketer who can translate consumer, cultural, and business insights into impactful initiatives across innovation, communication, and retail channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with creative instinct, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and influences effectively across cross‑functional teams including Sales, Insights, Innovation, Finance, Creative, and Supply Chain.

Functions and Duties

Responsible steward of the P&L, managing top and bottom‑line results at the product portfolio level.

Initiate new learning opportunities in partnership with CMI, translate into recommendations for communication strategy, product claims, new product opportunities, and marketing campaigns.

Operate as the voice of the consumer, be in touch with trends across marketing channels, the category, and culture.

Participate in customer business planning process and collaborate with Sales team to ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives.

Track and update budget within approved allocation.

Coach and mentor more junior members of the brand team.

Exhibit expertise in cross‑functional and departmental team management, proficiency in managing highly complex projects, with the ability to influence higher‑level leadership and strategic direction.

Initiate, lead, manage, and execute disruptive brand campaigns and product launches focused on increasing brand awareness and household penetration.

Collaborate with in‑house creative team or external agency partners to develop creative toolkits for campaigns, lead strategy to direct 360‑channel leads on campaign extensions.

Manage project operations to enable top‑line sufficiency, reporting and management of commercial business performance for specific channels or product platforms, and develop accurate POS‑informed inputs for the demand plan.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing in CPG, managing complex large‑scale business, product, or marketing projects.

4+ years of experience in retail data analytics, consumer insights, or marketing (preferred).

Bachelor’s in related field; MBA preferred.

Strong time & project management skills, ability to navigate complexity.

Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and development of full‑funnel 360 marketing campaigns.

Interest in disruptive marketing and appetite to push boundaries.

Ability to partner cross‑functionally and collaborate with creative teams or external innovation partners.

Competency with data analytics.

Ability to assess business performance, story‑tell, build recommendations for growth, and influence decision‑makers.

Strong presentation development and storytelling skills in PowerPoint.

Ability to manage and coach a team to successful results.

Strong knowledge of contemporary media (social, content marketing, video).

Experience in health & wellness space (preferred).

Compensation & Location
Compensation band:

$126,000 – $184,000

annually. Salary determined by experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, and budget. The range is for base salary only and does not include additional perks, benefits, or bonus eligibility.

Role is HYBRID – El Segundo, CA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
