We design and produce original mixed media pop art at scale. Our warehouse‑based production line follows lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and modern art manufacturing.
You are a high‑output, detail‑oriented operator who anticipates priorities, maintains composure under pressure, and works within structured SOPs. You are comfortable using computers to track performance, open to AI tools, and have an eye for presentation and documentation.
Responsibilities
Frame canvas artwork and assemble wood structures.
Apply and finish epoxy resin coatings.
Build crates and packaging for shipping.
Prepare and protect artwork for long‑distance transport.
Follow and continuously improve SOPs and Work Instructions for each workstation.
Use computer systems to track time, workflow progress, and production metrics.
Capture high‑quality images of finished artwork with professional camera equipment.
Edit and prepare images using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements, including the use of AI tools.
Essential Job Functions
Assemble frames and stretch canvases to specification.
Apply epoxy resin with precision and consistency.
Package artwork to meet shipping and protection standards.
Build custom crates and shipping containers.
Accurately log time and production data using workstation computers.
Follow established SOPs/WIs to ensure consistent quality and output.
Photograph finished pieces with proper lighting, framing, and consistency.
Perform basic image editing and file preparation using Adobe software.

Requirements
Comfortable operating power tools (chop saw, nail/staple guns, power drill).
Able to operate or learn light industrial equipment and pneumatic tools.
Must be comfortable wearing PPE, including half/full‑face respirators during resin application.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs occasionally.
Preferred Experience
Woodworking or framing experience.
Packaging and shipping experience.
Epoxy resin application experience.
Experience with product photography or studio lighting setups.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience working in a production line or lean manufacturing environment.
Physical Demands
Lift and move up to 50 lbs (with reasonable accommodation).
Stretch and secure canvases tightly across frames.
Stand or sit for extended periods.
Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
Schedule
Full‑time (36–40 hours per week).
Day shift, Monday–Friday.
Production floor start time: no later than 8:00 AM.
