About the Role
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job. If you're seeking a relaxed 40-hour workweek, this role isn't for you. We're hiring entry-level Talent Partners: ambitious, driven individuals ready to make things happen. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers at fast-moving startups. The work is intense, dynamic, and hands‑on. You'll gain more experience in one year than most people do in three.

How to find and evaluate great talent

How to manage full‑cycle recruiting

How to use modern tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and CRM systems

How to communicate clearly and handle high‑stakes conversations

How to stay sharp and productive in a fast‑paced environment

What You'll Do

Source and reach out to candidates

Run recruiting workflows from outreach to offer

Schedule and track interviews

Keep tools and systems organized

Help shape recruiting strategy and process

What We're Looking For

Class of 2025 or recent grad

Strong writing and communication skills

Curious, sharp, and quick learner

Organized and detail‑focused

Genuine interest in startups, tech, and recruiting

Hustler mentality: you want to win, not just show up

Bonus: experience with VC, recruiting, sales, or startup internships

Base salary ($70,000) + performance pay: $90 K–$150 K OTE

Relocation & Interview Logistics
We do not pay for relocation or cover travel expenses. Candidates are expected to interview in person for our onsite interview. We are prioritizing candidates local to Los Angeles or who have ties to LA and plan to be in the area to interview. Limited onsite interview days will be offered in other cities, such as San Francisco, for local candidates with select dates available.
