Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the organization's marketing team with a focus on water, transportation, community infrastructure and private development.
You will support proposal and statement of qualifications (SOQ) development, interview preparation, client events and conferences, and award submissions. You will also use client intelligence to help tailor pursuit strategies.
You will develop marketing collateral that aligns with established brand guidelines and reflects an understanding of the organization's services, processes and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver materials for marketing activities such as statements of qualifications, competitive proposals, interview presentations and professional conferences, in accordance with firm standards.
Plan, communicate and track pursuit tasks to meet deadlines.
Conduct quality reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency in marketing content, messaging and documentation.
Gather, maintain and apply client intelligence.
Prepare and submit award entries.
We have one opening and will only consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE, Plano, TX, Overland Park, KS or Springfield, MO office locations. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule.

You bring to the team:
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
At least three years of related AEC industry experience.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe InDesign.
Strong writing skills, including knowledge of AP style.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally and in other offices within the Olsson footprint.
The ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships both internally and externally.
Skills in technical writing, editing, creativity, and a keen sense of design style.
