Job Summary
The Associate Campaign Manager is responsible for autonomously managing a broad range of marketing and servicing campaigns across multiple products, channels, verticals and various lines of business by providing holistic management of all program designs. This position requires leveraging functional expertise within the execution space, managing internal/external stakeholders relationships, and recommending enhancements to the marketing execution workflows in alignment with organizational growth. The incumbent needs to effectively collaborate with internal partners, communicate effectively using both business and technical nomenclature, and translate business strategies into campaign execution requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for oversight of campaign deliverables. Is the key point of contact with internal and external partners on campaign details and updates. Autonomously completes campaign setup and execution from a management and delivery perspective. Fosters cross-functional relationships and demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. – (60%)
Assists with the implementation of new processes, supports strategic vision of leaders, and applies knowledge to inform best practices. Contributes to projects aimed at delivering process improvements within the marketing organization. – (30%)
Assists in process documentation for the Marketing Management organization. – (10%)
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Project Management via educational classes, certificates, or previous work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or Communications or equivalent, relevant work experience
1+ years experience in Financial Services or Banking industry
Experience with marketing campaigns or programs to consumer

Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO. Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
