Job Overview
Our direct client is seeking a Multimedia Designer to support the External Communications team. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content, managing social media communications, and supporting website updates.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing graphics and brand-aligned assets using Adobe Creative Suite
Develop and manage social media content calendars
Perform website updates and content management using CMS (Drupal preferred)
Capture and edit photography and videography for agency events
Ensure consistency in design using typography, layout, and color principles
Support digital communications and external messaging
Maintain quality and accessibility standards across all content
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital media
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in
photography and videography (shooting & editing)
Experience updating websites using CMS tools (Drupal preferred)
Knowledge of
social media content planning and scheduling
Strong understanding of
design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory)
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
Knowledge of
WCAG accessibility standards
Experience in public sector or communications roles
Familiarity with tools like
Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Airtable
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
