About the Role
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day project management of brand and creative work, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, well‑coordinated, and delivered to a high standard. As the dedicated Creative Project Manager for the brand team, you’ll play a central role in maintaining momentum, clarity, and alignment across designers and marketing partners.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, you’ll independently manage defined brand and creative projects while partnering closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic, feedback is actionable, and brand standards are upheld. You’ll support a global brand team working across multiple regions and marketing partners, balancing fast‑turn brand needs with higher‑impact initiatives. The role requires strong judgment, confidence operating autonomously, and a solid understanding of creative workflows.

What You’ll Do

Manage defined brand and creative projects from intake through delivery

Own the day‑to‑day coordination of brand work, acting as the central point of contact for timelines, scope, and status

Review incoming requests to ensure briefs are clear, complete, and ready to move forward before work begins

Translate creative briefs and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable tasks for designers

Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and documentation in Asana

Coordinate reviews and approvals, consolidating and clarifying feedback to keep work aligned to the brief and brand standards

Track progress, dependencies, and workload, proactively flagging risks or trade‑offs early

Partner with designers to help ensure work aligns with established brand guidelines

Help manage the creative asset library by keeping files organized, updating assets in SharePoint and the DAM, and maintaining an accurate catalogue of design templates and materials

Provide clear, consistent status updates so stakeholders understand progress, risks, and next steps

Champion and uphold established SLAs for brand and creative work, negotiating timelines and scope where necessary to protect quality, capacity, and delivery expectations

What You Need to Succeed

Experience independently managing creative or marketing projects (including creative operations, studio coordination, or production roles), ideally within a brand or in‑house environment

Strong ability to assess brief readiness and translate inputs into structured, actionable work

Proven track record of tracking timelines closely and managing competing priorities

Confidence communicating with designers and marketing partners, including guiding feedback conversations

Solid understanding of creative workflows from brief through delivery

Ability to maintain detailed, accurate documentation and enforce basic process discipline

Sound judgment around when to move independently and when to elevate

Natural inclination to improve clarity, efficiency, or ways of working

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

Experience working on brand, campaign, or content initiatives

Comfort collaborating directly with designers and understanding creative terminology and file types

Exposure to Agile, sprint‑based, or iterative workflows

Experience reviewing or lightly updating assets in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
