Loan Officer

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Account Manager in the non-QM space. Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred. The candidate must be able to work in the Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a point of contact for clients with guidelines and questions.
Responsible for learning and being a subject matter expert regarding internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing.
Responsible for fielding complex loan scenarios and providing lending solutions.
Responsible for handling email and phone inquiries from our internal and external partners.
Assists with Loan submissions in the company's LOS. Account Manager within the Nonqm space.
Requirements:
3+ years of mortgage product experience: processing or sales experience preferred within the non-QM space.
Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
Organized and detail-oriented person who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high production level.
Must manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls.
Familiarity with all MS products
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience with Meridian Link is highly preferred but not mandatory.
