Job Summary and Qualifications
The Talent Management Manager - Performance & Development leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management processes. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Management, this role serves as a strategic partner and subject‑matter expert, ensuring performance, development, and talent practices align with business strategy and leadership capability.
This position owns the full performance management lifecycle—goal setting, performance and competency assessments, calibration, and talent reviews—while driving system adoption and process consistency. The Manager also provides strategic oversight to the Talent Management Training Manager, ensuring leaders are equipped with effective learning solutions to support high‑quality performance conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and govern enterprise performance management and talent review processes
Analyze data and KPIs to improve adoption, quality, and effectiveness
Partner with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and business leaders to optimize tools and processes
Provide strategic direction for performance‑related training and leader capability building
Consult with leaders on performance challenges, calibration, and development planning
Lead and develop team members and manage resources during peak performance cycles
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred
3 years of relevant work experience required
This is a Nashville based role
