Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject‑matter expert for assigned programs.
- Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations for cross‑functional teams.
- Act as liaison among technical, business, and development teams to drive customer and partner experience outcomes.
- Own and support global cross‑team coordination and project management; prioritize tasks using business judgement.
- Analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for partner teams.
- Apply creative problem‑solving and deliver short‑term solutions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and deliver results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
About the team
The Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations delivers on‑time, quality content experiences. They collaborate with product, tech, business, and operations teams in India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scalable solutions that directly improve the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in supply‑chain, product, or program management.
- End‑to‑end program ownership and proven results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non‑technical leaders.
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams delivering products/projects on tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving for ambiguous or undefined challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years professional experience.
- Ownership of major project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in advanced Excel, SQL, and MySQL.
- Ability to convert insights into strategy and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Master’s degree.
- 8+ years experience in digital supply chain, product, or program management within large global organizations.
- Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and operations to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Compensation for this role is based on geographical market and ranges from $114,500 to $245,000 per year. Equities, sign‑on payments, and other benefits may also apply. This position will remain posted until filled.
