We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnerships with cross-functional technical teams, product teams, and operations teams; be passionate about processes and innovation; and navigate a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, and Deliver Results as we adapt to the fast-moving environment and drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert for your assigned program
Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross-functional teams
Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomes
Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgement
Deep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps and deliver short-term scrappy solutions
Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment
About the team
The Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations is responsible for delivering On-Time and In-Quality content experiences for customers. We work with Product, Tech, Business, and our operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions and processes to directly improve the customer experience with Prime Video.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management experience
Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results
Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional experience
Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, and MySQL
Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
Master's degree
8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
