Prime Video is pioneering a new generation of digital supply chain at a remarkable speed, accelerating our market position and global reach in the entertainment streaming industry. As a Sr. Digital Program Manager, you will drive end‑to‑end programs that simplify and improve partner and customer experiences at a global scale.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned programs, defining value proposition, entitlement, and limitations for cross‑functional teams.

Act as the liaison between technical, business, and development teams to deliver proactive and reactive customer and partner outcomes.

Own and support global cross‑team coordination and project management, prioritizing work based on severity and strong business judgement.

Leverage data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for partner teams.

Provide creative problem‑solving and short‑term scrappy solutions when required, while maintaining long‑term vision.

Demonstrate flexibility and a track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management.

Experience owning end‑to‑end programs that drive measurable results.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non‑technical leaders.

Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.

Ability to manage ambiguous or undefined challenges through sound problem‑solving.

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience with end‑to‑end ownership of major project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and MySQL.

Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly in written form.

Master’s degree.

8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations.

Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences.
