The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Brand Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and execution of our brand marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing brand campaigns to life.

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative, operational, and execution support across brand campaigns, community engagement, social media, and PR initiatives. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to campaign execution, go‑to‑market planning, experiential marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration while building a strong foundation in modern brand marketing.

How You Will Succeed:
Brand Marketing & Campaign Support

Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives from planning through delivery

Assist with seasonal and monthly go-to-market planning, including briefing support, documentation, routing, and asset tracking

Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on track and organized

Maintain organized documentation related to campaign planning, product flow, and performance tracking

Assist with reporting, weekly team updates, campaign recaps, and post-launch learnings

Community Engagement, Social & PR Support

Support day-to-day organic social media engagement, including commenting, direct message responses, giveaways, and community interaction

Ensure two‑way engagement is timely, thoughtful, and aligned with brand voice and tone

Monitor social and community conversations to identify trends, opportunities, or issues and elevate as needed

Assist with PR and community initiatives, including drafting or coordinating press materials, maintaining media lists, and supporting outreach

Support influencer, ambassador, or community partner initiatives including gifting, coordination, tracking, and basic performance reporting

Experiential Marketing & Activations

Support experiential marketing efforts such as events, pop‑ups, brand activations, and community moments

Coordinate product, materials, and logistics for campaigns and activations, including inventory tracking and shipments

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless execution

Marketing Operations & Cross‑Functional Coordination

Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, PR, social, product, operations, and external partners

Attend meetings, capture notes, and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updates

Maintain organized asset libraries, calendars, trackers, and shared documentation

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

What You Bring:

1–3 years of experience or internships in marketing, brand, PR, social, or communications, agency or client side, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle brand space

Display a deep understanding of the Cooper’s Hawk brand, our products and our mission

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Self‑starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Comfort working cross‑functionally and adapting to changing priorities

Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities in a fast paced environment

Growth mindset ready to innovate and work collaboratively with a small team

Compensation Range
$55,000-$65,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
