The Role
The Director of Accounts Payable will lead all AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end close. This Director of Accounts Payable will also serve as the key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across domestic and offshore teams
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and AP month-end close
- Build and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for AP function
- Develop, coach, and lead AP team performance and structure
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- Strong leadership experience managing direct and indirect/offshore teams
- Deep expertise in AP operations, process improvement, and system implementation
- Proven ability to lead change, drive KPIs, and improve scalable processes
