POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Education Programs Coordinator to plan and execute engaging CLE programs—both in-person and online. In this role, you will organize events, build relationships, and manage projects from start to finish.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, Business, or Communications (preferred)
1–3 years of event or program planning experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Comfort managing multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail
Experience with software like Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Salesforce or other AMS/LMS tools
Familiarity with the legal profession (a plus, but not required)
ADDITIONAL SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Must have excellent grammatical skills; an excellent professional, positive demeanor, both in person and online; and a strong collaborative focus.

Reports To: Director of CLE
FLSA STATUS: Full Time/Exempt
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule, organize, and manage a wide range of continuing legal education programs
Collaborate with speakers and panelists to design high-quality content
Reserve event resources and technology needs
Plan marketing to promote CLE programs and review promotional materials
Prepare and update attendee program materials
Handle post-program tasks like evaluations and speaker thank you
Keep a two-year program planning calendar organized and up-to-date
