Associate and Designer openings for Apparel Company

They will collaborate cross-functionally with the design team in order to stay in-line with business needs, current retail market trends and overall brand direction.
Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and execution of designs, through selection of colors, fabrics & trims.
Gather and identify relevant trends in the marketplace through retail and competitive analysis.
Help in the preparation of line sheets and trend concepts for design review and merchandising meetings.
Assist in the development and merchandising of brand-right graphics.
Assist in the preparation of product and detailed technical drawings to create design packages for product development.
Maintain design libraries and organize designs by season and concept.
Participate in proto sample reviews and fittings to ensure proper fit for production, and update design packages accordingly.
Review graphic submits, in a timely manner, to ensure correct execution for approval.
