Responsibilities
Suncoast Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11-17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The dedicated professionals at Suncoast Behavioral Health Center provide quality mental health treatment for children. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home.

The Hospital is looking for a Business Development Representative who will assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan. Assists the Director of Business Development in the development and coordination of projects. Represents the facility to the community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area. Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development.

The Business Development Representative will work for both Suncoast Behavioral Health Center and Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center. Territory: Orlando and Tampa.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree in Marketing or related business field or equivalent work experience in related field.

Two (2) years in Marketing/Sales, preferably in the Medical/Psychiatric field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to develop creative marketing ideas.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Irregular and long hours may be required occasionally. Extensive travel. Lifting and loading twenty (20) pound boxes containing brochures and/or literature and fifty (50) pound display boards, etc.
