Production Supervisor

2nd Shift (Injection Molding) -Sturbridge, MA (Onsite

5 days/week), Salary Range: $80,000$95,000 per year Mount Kemble Search Group, a division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is accepting applications for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the Injection Molding department. This role provides first-level supervision of production teams in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while supporting our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with injection molding experience who enjoys developing teams and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise second-shift production operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
Oversee daily workforce activities including scheduling, training, performance, and engagement
Ensure production processes meet documented quality system requirements and company procedures
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve workflows and implement best practices
Troubleshoot production issues, make sound decisions, and keep operations running smoothly
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
Desired Background/Skills:
Injection molding experience is required
35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 regulated environments (medical device preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage both technical and non-technical teams
High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education a plus)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
