Job Overview
A&F Apparel Graphic Designers bring our brands to life through layout, typography, color, and overall great graphic design. They develop seasonal graphic concepts for a range of apparel categories and cutting‑edge print and technique graphics in each brand’s handwriting, collaborating with merchants and apparel designers to deliver trend‑right products.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Develop seasonal graphic concepts for multiple apparel categories while managing several product seasons.

Conduct market, field, and social research to understand the global customer mindset.

Create cutting‑edge print and technique graphics that reflect each brand’s unique style.

Research emerging trends in the global market to deliver products aligned with customer and market insights.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams with a proactive, action‑oriented mindset.

Present artwork and communicate vision to senior leadership, connecting to customer needs and market trends.

Manage design workflow and deadlines within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field.

5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with a global retailer.

Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills in color theory, composition, concept development, and typography.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Passion for the A&F brands and an interest in specialty retail.

Solid technical skills with impeccable taste and an eye for color.

Able to translate fashion trends into brand‑specific handwriting.

Strong curiosity and confidence to push boundaries and introduce new ideas.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a structured environment.

Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and resilience under accelerated deadlines.

Team‑player mentality with openness to feedback.

Positive, collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional partners.

Strong presentation skills and professional communication ability.

Desire to learn and hunger for growth.
