Position Summary

The International Account Management & Business Development Intern will support sales-facing teams focused on international healthcare staffing initiatives. This role is a sales support position within a fast-paced, dynamic service line and requires the ability to acclimate quickly and manage shifting priorities.

The intern will support account research, data hygiene, and operational activities while assisting teams that work directly with international Registered Nurses (RNs). This position provides hands-on exposure to international account management, business development operations, and global healthcare workforce solutions.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Support International Account Management and Business Development teams with day-to-day sales and operational activities
Conduct account research and preparation, including building simple client profiles to support international sales efforts
Assist with data hygiene and audits by identifying and flagging discrepancies across systems
Support International Registered Nurse (RN) initiatives, including:
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Providing support during live interviews
Assisting with marketing and outreach efforts for international RN recruitment

Assist with ad hoc projects and operational requests in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment
Skills & Experience Gained

Exposure to international account management and business development within healthcare staffing
Experience supporting global sales and account teams in a dynamic service line
Hands-on experience conducting account research and building basic client profiles
Understanding of data hygiene, system audits, and operational accuracy
Exposure to international clinician recruitment workflows and interview coordination
Experience supporting recruitment marketing initiatives for international talent
Professional communication skills through collaboration with sales, account, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
0-2 years of related experience
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Additional Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate student or recent graduate
Interest in international business, sales, account management, or healthcare operations
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
