Executive Producer
We are seeking a strategic, production-minded Executive Producer to support our Digital division, with a focus on high-value, long-term house accounts and ongoing support services. This role will lead a portfolio of evergreen engagements that demand world-class delivery, dedicated cross-functional teams, and consistently high production standards.
The Executive Producer will be responsible for driving operational excellence, establishing and upholding best practices, and identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on production expertise to ensure sustained success and expansion across the portfolio.
Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of "House Accounts" totaling $7M+ in annual revenue, ensuring long-term accounts are managed profitably, efficiently, and with a focus on sustained growth, facilitating seamless transitions of projects from sister teams to the Ongoing Support team following initial builds or redesign launches, identifying and driving opportunities for organic account growth and expanded scope, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of senior and entry-level producers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high production standards, providing guidance on resourcing, workflows, and delivery best practices, providing executive oversight across key projects to ensure quality, consistency, and operational excellence, stepping in as lead on select high-priority or complex engagements as needed, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery from strategy through execution.
Qualifications include 10+ years of production experience, with 2+ years in an Executive Producer or Head of Production role overseeing multi-million dollar portfolios ($5M+), a proven track record of managing large teams with a focus on retention, stability, and high-volume delivery, expertise in balancing a mix of FTEs, "permalancers," and project-based freelancers across multiple workstreams, ability to diagnose and recover complex, off-track programs -implementing structure, aligning cross-functional teams (production, development, design), and restoring delivery confidence under tight timelines, strong grasp of agency operations, including burn rates, profitability tracking, and resource allocation, demonstrated technical fluency across modern digital platforms and architectures, enabling strong partnership with engineering and informed decision-making on complex builds, strong experience with Jira and an interest in leveraging AI to optimize workflows and operations, and experience managing talent across all levels, from senior producers to early-career team members.
Compensation for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
