Position Summary
The Product Manager serves as a strategic and execution-focused leader within the Product team, responsible for driving meaningful product outcomes across Come and See Foundation’s digital ecosystem. This role partners closely with design, engineering, growth, marketing, and content teams to deliver experiences that deepen engagement with The Chosen, expand global reach, and move users from passive viewers to active participants. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, this individual owns outcomes—not just roadmaps—and plays a key role in translating vision into measurable impact through discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker who combines curiosity, discipline, and mission alignment to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Outcomes

Define and drive product outcomes aligned with organizational goals:

Audience growth (installs, MAU)

Engagement (watching, returning, exploring)

Transformation signals (sharing, giving, inviting)

Use frameworks such as Outcome-Opportunity-Solution Trees (OST) to guide prioritization and decision-making

Align product initiatives with Come and See Foundation’s mission and strategic objectives

Product Discovery

Identify and deeply understand user needs across global audiences (fans, seekers, ministry leaders)

Partner with research to validate problems before building solutions

Translate insights into clear opportunities, hypotheses, and experiments

Foster a culture of continuous discovery and learning

Product Delivery & Execution

Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and define MVP scope

Partner with engineering and design to deliver iterative, high-quality releases

Prioritize work based on impact, feasibility, and learning potential

Analyze experiment results and communicate insights to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with:

Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable products

Design to create intuitive, user-centered experiences

Growth & Marketing to drive adoption and engagement

Align stakeholders around goals, tradeoffs, and priorities

Serve as a connector across teams to ensure clarity and momentum

Data-Driven Decision Making

Define and monitor key metrics across the user journey:

Discovery → Access → Connection → Immersion → Return → Transformation

Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, product analytics platforms)

Translate data insights into actionable product improvements

Understanding of mobile, web, and/or connected TV platforms

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in product management (consumer apps preferred)

Experience shipping products across mobile, web, or TV platforms

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results

Experience in media, streaming, or content platforms is a plus

Exposure to global or emerging markets is a plus

Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing is a plus

Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations is a plus

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Working Conditions: Office setting with a forty-hour (+) workweek. This position preferably works out of our Colorado Springs headquarters - remote consideration.

Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and use of standard office equipment. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds. Ability to hear phone calls and clearly communicate verbally. Strong visual acuity to review complex interfaces, architecture diagrams, and code. Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, mouse, and related tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying deadlines. Capacity to participate in video conferences and virtual collaboration sessions. Excellent concentration, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication abilities.
