Compensation
Base Salary:
$130K - $150K
Variable Compensation:
$80K - $100K
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$230K - $250K
What You'll Do
Lead a team of
7 sales representatives
across the Northeast U.S. region.
Own regional performance across a
hospital-based respiratory and airway portfolio .
Drive execution of regional sales strategy aligned with corporate and field leadership priorities.
Stabilize and improve regional performance against revenue targets and growth expectations.
Identify, coach, and develop talent while upgrading team performance where needed.
Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, distributor partners, and regional decision-makers.
Partner with distributor sales teams and key accounts to expand product adoption and market penetration.
Develop accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and consistent performance reporting.
Execute and optimize regional incentive plans, SPIFFs, and sales programs to drive performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
Manage regional budget and ensure disciplined expense control.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA a plus).
5+ years of progressive sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industries.
At least
1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team .
Strong preference for experience in
DME, distribution, respiratory, anesthesia, or hospital-based selling environments .
Proven ability to
turn around underperforming regions or teams
and drive sustainable growth.
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, working manager approach.
Demonstrated success in building high-performance sales teams and driving KPI achievement.
Experience working with distributor partners is highly preferred.
Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
Ability to travel up to
60%
within the region.
