Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Rochester, NY, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role entails developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with local business partners, and supporting advertising sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on providing outstanding customer service, building and nurturing client relationships, and presenting data-driven marketing solutions tailored to client needs. This individual will contribute to sales training initiatives and support the management of sales operations, including reporting and strategy development.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining lasting client relationships

Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales performance goals

Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to support team development and overall operational success

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technologies is preferred

Knowledge of local business and advertising landscapes in Rochester, NY, is an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
