As a Global Leader within the Access Management Group, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for geographically dispersed teams managing access management processes. You will collaborate across departments to execute organizational goals, resolve complex issues, and act as a preliminary escalation point. Your expertise will drive process improvements, operational excellence, and the adoption of new ways of working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing, geographically dispersed teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing advice and support on complex access management issues and initiatives
Collaborate with peer groups and cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction and support for risk and controls management within business function processes
Identify gaps in information, analyze complex problems, and drive resolution, acting as a preliminary escalation point for critical issues
Plan, organize, and manage the work of others, ensuring alignment with department and organizational goals
Drive process analysis, design, and management activities, including process improvement and performance measurement across financial, customer, and operational metrics
Apply IT Risk, Business Controls, or Audit frameworks to strengthen the control environment and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Synthesize information across multiple platforms, systems, and organizations to inform decision-making and process enhancements
Creatively problem-solve and design integrated business process and technology solutions, driving improvement opportunities through leadership alignment and execution
Champion change and influence adoption of new ways of working, demonstrating strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Proactively develop and implement early identification, monitoring, and control reporting to enable process stability and efficiency
Build and maintain deep partnerships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers to support business objectives
Utilize strong working knowledge of Enterprise Service Desk, Centralized Policy Administration, Monday.com, PowerPoint, and Identity and Access Management to support analysis, reporting, and project management activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing access management processes
Advanced subject matter expertise in access management, IT risk, business controls, or audit frameworks
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage the work of others, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and peer groups to support risk and controls management
Advanced proficiency in process analysis, design, and management activities, including performance measurement
Ability to synthesize information across multiple platforms, systems, and organizations to inform decision-making
