Who You Are

You have a love for big ideas, design and a passion for guiding them through production.
You can't help but produce work that is smart, strategic and beautifully crafted for a wide range of brands.
You're a thinker, a maker and love to dabble in new skills.
You are thoughtful, attentive and collaborative with a special attention to detail.
Must Have

You've worked across mediums (i.e. digital, videos, print, social)
A portfolio that displays a variety of visual styles across those mediums, with a preference for some experience designing for motion.
Attention to detail and craft
Experienced working across styles and can set an art direction style accordingly
You're a strategic conceptual thinker
Ability to collaborate with a large team (Producers, Creative Leads, Artists) to produce inventive and relevant work.
Maintain work and execution across multiple projects simultaneously. Take initiative where opportunities exist, balance priorities, and communicate roadblocks or flags. Ask for help when needed.
