A global digital and technology organization is seeking a Marketing Head to drive marketing activation and demand generation initiatives across key markets. As the first dedicated marketing hire for the US team, this is a high-visibility opportunity to build and scale marketing efforts from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute global integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, social, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Drive demand generation programs aligned to sales goals, with a focus on pipeline growth and conversion
- Partner with sales leadership to support key accounts through ABM strategies, campaign execution, and tailored collateral
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and localized execution
- Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance and personalization
- Develop thought leadership content and support executive visibility across industry events and media
- Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI
- Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and cross-functional coordination across a global organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience within consulting, marketing or advertising agencies, professional services, or technology
- Proven track record executing global integrated marketing campaigns and driving measurable business impact
- Strong experience in demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement
- Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and analytics preferred
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
- Self-starter with a builder mindset and strong ownership mentality
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
