We're looking for a Social Media Specialist-someone creative, fast-moving, and obsessed with results. This is not a "just post content" role. You will own our social media engine end-to-end and be directly responsible for turning views into qualified case leads.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the firm's social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create high-performing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) designed to capture attention and drive action.
• Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that convert viewers into inbound leads.
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement-responding or escalating appropriately.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant and competitive.
• Collaborate with intake and marketing teams to align content with high-value case types.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics and double down on winning formats.

Qualifications
• Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth and/or lead generation results.
• Strong background in short-form video content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and conversions through content.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and optimizing accordingly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly without sacrificing quality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in personal injury, legal marketing, or professional services marketing.
• Background in digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience collaborating with marketing or intake teams to drive lead generation outcomes.
