As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will lead enterprise demand generation programs that drive engagement and pipeline across Fiserv. You will partner with Segment Marketing Leaders, Business Unit Marketers, and Sales to design, execute, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns aligned to business objectives, budget, and timing. Your work will help improve campaign performance, strengthen lead conversion, and support revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Partner with Segment Marketing Leaders, Business Unit Marketers, and Sales to define campaign objectives, target audiences, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
Advise stakeholders on demand generation strategy and recommend campaign design, channel mix, touchpoints, and execution plans aligned to business goals
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including intake review, asset coordination, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and launch readiness through Adobe Workfront
Build and optimize marketing programs across email, webinar, landing page, nurture, and trigger-based campaigns using marketing automation platforms
Manage lead handoff processes with Sales and support alignment on follow-up expectations, lead routing, and campaign-related enablement
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results against goals, and present insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence
Establish campaign measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and dashboards to evaluate engagement, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness
Coach and mentor campaign team members by providing guidance on execution standards, campaign strategy, prioritization, and performance improvement
Experience you'll need to have:
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and campaign management, driving new logo acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and pipeline acceleration
Experience building and optimizing programs in marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, including campaign build, segmentation, dynamic content, nurture programs, trigger campaigns, A/B testing, lead forms, and lead scoring
Experience managing campaign performance through reporting, analysis, optimization, and stakeholder communication tied to business outcomes
Experience with Adobe Workfront, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related marketing technologies to support campaign execution
Experience managing lead handoff processes between Marketing and Sales to support follow-up workflows and campaign effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience using Marketo
Experience using ON24
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industry marketing
Experience applying Forrester Decisions best practices and frameworks
How you'll work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
Approximately up to 10% travel.
