The Opportunity
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Volunteer Video Storytelling & Editing Specialist to help shape compelling, brand-aligned videos that highlight our programs and showcase student and partner success stories. These videos play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging our community, and supporting fundraising and partnership efforts.
What You’ll Do
Edit short-form and long-form video content, including:

Social media reels, shorts, and highlights
Testimonials and program recap videos

Identify and pull the most impactful moments from longer recordings
Apply thoughtful pacing, music, B-roll, and text overlays to strengthen storytelling
Ensure videos align with WCTD’s brand voice and mission
Skills & Experience
Experience with video editing platforms such as

Canva, Microsoft Clipchamp, Adobe Premiere , or similar tools
Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Ability to craft emotionally engaging narratives from raw footage
Comfortable working with captions, overlays, and basic audio enhancement
