Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
Launch pre-deployment task process, assigning to the appropriate parties, completing assigned responsibilities, and monitoring ongoing progress for internal stakeholders, monitoring ongoing progress of tasks by tracking completion status, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Responsible for loading courses to the learning management system (LMS) test environment, conducting quality checks, and ensuring access for PLS users and CHA staff.
Generate routine reports to assess usage, learner behaviors, and related metrics, collaborating with the product line manager to disseminate pertinent data.
Responsible for obtaining media (e.g., photo and video) permissions as directed by product line managers from appropriate sources, and ensuring all required restrictions are noted, correct documentation is obtained and everything is filed correctly.
Coordinates special projects, as assigned, managing project plans, testing, and communication.
In collaboration with product managers, coordinate the online continuing education efforts to determine certification needs for courses and ensure all necessary steps, documentation and reporting are complete and in accordance with the accrediting body.
Manage active continuing education applications, ensuring compliance and timely renewal; submit necessary requests to external accrediting bodies for continuing education certifications (e.g., CRCE, PDU).
As a collaborative member of the PLS team, become proficient in tasks and responsibilities of other roles, ensuring a seamless workflow in the absence of a team member.
Assist in auditing and updating key contacts for the PLS team within Salesforce.
Serve as general coordinator support for the PLS team, as needed.
What You’ll Bring to CHA
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education via college coursework or business school preferred.
3-5 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and coordinate projects including monitoring the progress of tasks and projects and providing follow up to necessary individuals.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment to identify and define problems; examine relevant information and choose correct course of action based on standard operating procedures.
Ability to create and maintain positive professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
Strong computer skills with an aptitude for technical work and troubleshooting.
Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
Ability to learn and successfully use new software programs and the capability to employ HTML to structure content
Experience with a Learning Management System a bonus

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min:$45,000 Max: $88,000Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
