Overview
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly capable, strategic, and proactive professional to serve as a Director’s Action Group (DAG) Support role. This position is critical to enhancing organizational effectiveness by driving execution of leadership priorities, managing cross‑functional initiatives, and optimizing senior leader engagement. The DAG Support functions as a high‑level operational integrator, translating strategy into actionable outcomes while ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across the enterprise.
In this role, the DAG Support enables the effective execution of the PAE Director’s vision and priorities.
Responsibilities include managing high‑visibility, cross‑functional efforts; establishing and maintaining an efficient organizational battle rhythm; and serving as a key liaison between PAE leadership and external executive stakeholders. The DAG Support also plays a central role in facilitating informed decision‑making, synchronizing staff actions, and ensuring strategic alignment across all organizational elements.
Key Responsibilities
The Director’s Action Group Support will:
Track, manage, and respond to high priority taskings from SECAF, CSO, DAF RCO, and SAF/SQ leadership
Develop executive‑level briefings, information papers, decision packages, and staff summary sheets
Coordinate across internal directorates and external stakeholders to collect data, synthesize inputs, and deliver consolidated responses
Maintain and oversee the organizational task management system, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and on‑time delivery of all actions
Prepare leadership read‑a heads and support senior‑level engagements, meetings, and decision forums
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance
7+ years of experience supporting DoD staff, headquarters, or program office environments
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high visibility taskings under tight deadlines
Strong written communication, briefing development, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of DoD and U.S. Space Force governance, staffing, and decision‑making processes
Prior Air Force or U.S. Space Force active duty or civilian experience
Experience supporting SAF, HQ USSF, or equivalent high‑level staff organizations
Familiarity with MILSATCOM, space acquisition programs, or Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) environments
Education and Certifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high‑level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
