Plans, develops, supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of the Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) marketing and communications strategy; ensures operations comply with federal and state statutes and are performed within The Salvation Army's policies and procedures; sets goals, monitors work and evaluates results to ensure departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization; plans and directs the work of the marketing department and is responsible for establishing overall objectives and priorities for the direction of the department.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or a related field, and five years progressively responsible leading marketing and communications functions for an organization, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
