Flag Football Site Supervisors are the day‑to‑day leaders of our youth flag football programs! Supervisors will collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to update the league handbook, review team distributions for fairness, and lead portions of the preseason meetings.

During the football season, supervisors will lead the Pee Wee Flag Football program with assistance from officials, monitor game play at their location, ensure rules are being enforced by officials, assist with any rule’s interpretations, and connect with coaches and parents.

As the site supervisor, they will manage all officials working for them at their game site. This includes watching and giving feedback on official performance, ensuring staff policies are followed, and mediating rules interpretation disputes.
