We are entering an exciting new chapter under fresh market leadership and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership

Recruit, coach, and develop a team of business development executives, setting performance expectations and holding regular pipeline reviews

Model best-in-class sales behaviors and serve as a mentor for developing talent

Partner closely with the Market Manager to execute on revenue strategy and hit cluster goals

Sales & Revenue

Develop customized, multi-platform proposals that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers

Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue budgets

Market Presence

Build strong relationships within the Las Vegas business community

Represent Beasley at local events, networking functions, and client entertainment opportunities

Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital advertising solutions

What You Bring

3–6 years of media sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in broadcast radio, digital media, or a related field

Solid understanding of digital advertising products including programmatic display, SEM/SEO, streaming audio, and social media

Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Proficiency with CRM tools and digital reporting platforms (Google Analytics a plus)

Deep knowledge of or strong ties to the Las Vegas market preferred
