Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support via Zendesk email and phone
Deliver a white-glove experience while navigating customer interactions with awareness of risk and compliance
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflows and documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Support, or Operations in fintech or regulated environments
Experience handling escalations and exercising sound judgment in customer-facing roles
Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise and gain customer trust
Ability to operate independently with high ownership and minimal direction
Flexibility to support varying hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
