What you will do:

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and partnerships
Own and optimize the full funnel from lead generation to enrollment conversion
Manage and scale paid digital campaigns (search, social, display) with a focus on ROI
Build targeted email and CRM-driven lead nurturing journeys
Grow social media presence and community engagement through compelling content
Develop partnerships and represent CityU in the local community
Track performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns and channels
Collaborate with admissions and leadership to align strategy with enrollment goals
Mentor and supervise student employees
Requirements:

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience with strong digital and performance marketing expertise
Proven success managing campaigns across the full marketing funnel
Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and project management abilities
Higher education or adult learner marketing experience is strongly desired.
Familiarity with the PNW regional business and community landscape

Salary information:

$94,000 - 132,000/year DOE
