Position Summary:
The Millwork Craftsman is responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly, and finishing of wood products to meet client specifications and company quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who values order, accuracy, and consistency in their work, and enjoys being part of a dependable, well-structured team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components with precision.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform quality checks at each stage to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Follow established procedures and production schedules without deviation.
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines while upholding quality.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in millwork, cabinetry, or fine woodworking.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Skilled in using a variety of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and craftsmanship.
• Dependable and consistent, with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working within established processes and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking preferred.
