Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who want to build income based on results rather than fixed salaries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in target industries

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Cold Calling and other channels

Initiate conversations with decision-makers

Present Outventix services (cold calling, marketing, BPO solutions)

Schedule meetings and close deals

Maintain and update lead pipelines

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Compensation
100% Performance-Based
Earn 30% of the profit generated from each deal you close
Unlimited earning potential (no cap)

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, marketing, or business development

Self-motivated and target-driven mindseti

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach (preferred but not required)
