Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven

Marketing Assistant

to lead the marketing efforts for our growing medical spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention, while promoting our wide range of aesthetic and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Identify growth opportunities through data‑driven analysis of market trends and client behavior.

Plan and manage marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on all campaigns.

Digital Marketing

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, on‑brand content.

Oversee email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and re‑engagement efforts.

Optimize website content for SEO and manage updates, promotions, and landing pages.

Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and track performance.

Brand Management & Content Creation

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Coordinate photo/video shoots and create content that highlights services, staff, and client results.

Write copy for promotional materials, web, social media, and print.

Client Engagement & Retention

Develop strategies to increase client loyalty, referrals, and rebooking.

Monitor online reviews and manage reputation across platforms (Google, Yelp, RealSelf, etc.).

Organize and promote in‑house events, specials, and collaborations.

Partnerships & Community Outreach

Identify and build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and referral sources.

Represent the med spa at community events and networking opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, lead sources, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Report monthly on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics.

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM/email platforms (e.g., Go High Level, Medstar Media).

Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

Preferred Skills

Photography/videography skills and familiarity with content trends in the aesthetic space.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and marketing in a healthcare environment.
