Summary
The Creative & Multimedia Marketing Lead Supervisor is a strategic and execution-driven leadership role responsible for driving measurable business impact through multimedia content, video production, and multi-channel marketing operations. This position is accountable not only for creative quality but also for
performance outcomes , including engagement, conversion, and campaign ROI. The role leads end-to-end processes—from
planning, content production, channel execution, to performance analysis and optimization —with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Lead, coach, and develop multimedia and creative team members
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring workload balance and timely project delivery
Own team performance tied to
KPI achievement (engagement, traffic, conversion, sales impact)
Drive accountability culture with data-backed performance reviews
Conduct regular team meetings with section managers to review progress, set priorities, and address challenges
Optimize team productivity and workflow efficiency
Lead planning and execution of
video-first marketing strategy
Oversee production of:
Promotional videos
SNS short-form content (Reels / YouTube Ads)
Ensure all video content aligns with:
Brand identity
Platform-specific best practices
Continuously improve content based on
performance analytics (views, retention, CTR, conversion)
Multimedia Content Planning & Campaign Execution
Develop integrated multimedia campaign strategies across:
Social media
Paid ads
App / in-store media
Translate business objectives into
content-driven campaigns
Align creative direction with merchandising and sales priorities
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution quality
Multi-Channel Operations Management
Oversee operations across all multimedia channels:
Instagram / Facebook
Google Ads / YouTube
Donki App / Newsletter / In-store media / External media partners
Ensure consistent messaging and optimized content per channel
Manage publishing schedules and content calendars
Drive
channel-specific growth strategies
Data Analysis & Effectiveness Measurement
Establish and track KPIs such as:
Engagement rate
Reach / impressions
Video completion rate
Conversion / sales contribution
Analyze campaign and content performance
Provide actionable insights and improvement plans
Report performance to management with clear recommendations
Continuously run
test & learn cycles (A/B testing, format optimization)
Paid Media & Budget Optimization
Support planning and execution of paid campaigns
Allocate and optimize budgets based on ROI
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing leadership on investment decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Merchandising teams
Store operations
Marketing leadership
Align multimedia strategy with sales and seasonal campaigns
Act as a bridge between creative, digital, and retail execution
Agile Execution in Fast-Paced Environment
Manage urgent requests and rapid campaign changes
Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
Proactively solve operational and creative challenges
Other duties as instructed or assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise employees in the Creative & Multimedia Marketing Section. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with PPRM’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; providing feedback and input for performance reviews; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualification Requirements
Strong expertise in video production & editing, multimedia content creation, and social media strategy and analytics.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and social media advertising and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing funnels, and content performance metrics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to connect creative output with business results.
Education and/or Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; Degree in Graphic Design specialized in Multimedia or equivalent preferred; at least 3 -5 years of relevant working experiences with a strong visual portfolio preferred; good command with MS Office and Adobe Creative software (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign etc.) and familiarity with video editing software a plus; 1-2 years of experience leading a team; experience in a similar or comparable work environment; strong verbal communication skills; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provided the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities thereof.
