Job Description
The CLEAR Sports Ambassador supports CLEAR members at stadiums and venues by providing a high‑touch customer service experience. They represent CLEAR’s values by offering excellent service, solutions, and guidance as needed.

What you’ll do

Verify CLEAR members using the CLEAR lane at the designated venue or stadium.

Drive membership enrollments by engaging attendees and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR.

Resolve attendee or member concerns or inquiries in a timely manner, escalating to higher level as necessary.

Balance high volume with high‑quality customer and member experience.

Support members with any questions or concerns and escalations in a timely manner.

Role Requirements
Requires completion of a drug test, airport badging or government‑screening process, and other applicable requirements.

You must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
