A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation and benefits programs within the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and execute compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience
Manage benefits-related communications and serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries
Collaborate with various teams to support compensation-related reporting, budgeting, and the annual merit process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation Administration
Hands-on experience with ADP and/or Rippling for benefits enrollment and administration
Working knowledge of 401(k) and Health & Welfare plan compliance and testing requirements
Experience with compensation benchmarking and market pricing methodologies
