We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Artist Management Assistant
to support day-to-day operations for a fast-growing music artist and management team.
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the music industry while working closely with an artist, manager, and creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily artist management tasks and coordination
Help manage schedules, bookings, and calendar organization
Attend studio sessions, rehearsals, interviews, and events (as needed)
Coordinate communication between artist, team members, and external partners
Assist with content planning, rollout coordination, and social media support
Help organize travel, logistics, and tour-related details
Provide general on-the-ground support during activations, shoots, and appearances
Requirements
Based in
Atlanta, GA
(must be available for in-person support)
Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to move fast and adapt in a high-energy environment
Reliable transportation
Passion for music, culture, and artist development
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Previous experience in music, management, or events is a plus (not required)
Schedule
Flexible hours (varies daily based on artist schedule)
Combination of
remote work + in-person support
Some evenings and weekends required
