We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across Way’s expanding product ecosystem.


Role Overview


The Director of Product Marketing will lead product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and partner enablement across three key areas of Way’s business:


  1. B2B Distribution
  2. SaaS / Technology Solutions
  3. Supply Marketplace


This leader will work closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure Way products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and successfully adopted by partners and customers.


Product Areas


1. B2B Distribution


Drive adoption of Way consumer products through enterprise partners including:


  • Way+ membership
  • Financial institutions (credit unions, banks)
  • Insurance partners
  • Automotive OEMs
  • Mobility partners


Key focus areas:


  • Partner value proposition
  • Revenue share models
  • Co-marketing programs
  • Enterprise sales enablement
  • GTM for embedded integrations


2. SaaS / Technology Solutions


Lead positioning and go-to-market strategy for Way’s software platforms and solutions, including:


  • Carwash SaaS platform
  • Repair & Maintenance SaaS
  • Insurance AI solutions
  • Future solutions including parking technology platforms


Responsibilities include:


  • Defining product category leadership
  • Creating competitive positioning
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Launch strategy for new verticals


3. Supply Marketplace


Develop marketing and acquisition strategies for Way’s supply network, including:


  • Parking operators
  • Carwash operators
  • Repair & maintenance shops
  • Future categories including:
  • EV charging
  • Gas networks


Key focus areas:


  • Supply acquisition playbooks
  • Marketplace liquidity strategy
  • Category expansion marketing


Responsibilities


Product Positioning


  • Define clear value propositions, messaging, and differentiation across Way’s product portfolio.


Go-to-Market Strategy


  • Lead launches for new products, integrations, and vertical expansions.


Sales Enablement


Create tools and materials for enterprise sales teams including:

  • Pitch decks
  • one-pagers
  • competitive battlecards
  • ROI calculators


Partner Marketing


Develop co-marketing programs with partners including OEMs, financial institutions, and enterprise platforms.


Market Intelligence


Track competitive landscape across:

  • Automotive marketplaces
  • Mobility services
  • SaaS platforms
  • Embedded finance ecosystems


Growth Programs


Drive adoption through:

  • lifecycle marketing
  • product education
  • partner campaigns


Qualifications


  • 8+ years in Product Marketing or GTM roles
  • Experience in marketplace platforms, SaaS, fintech, or mobility
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise sales teams
  • Ability to simplify complex platforms into clear messaging
  • Experience launching multi-product platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
