A fast-growing, multi-brand company is seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media across a portfolio of brands. This role sits at the intersection of content, execution, and coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on creation and managing moving pieces. You’ll work alongside an existing content creator (focused on capturing content in real time) and a senior team member focused on production and larger‑scale shoots. This role will be responsible for bringing it all together, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality across all social channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for growth and increased creative input over time. You will be working alongside a well‑resourced internal team, including in‑house design.
Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day social media execution across multiple brands
Manage posting schedules, content calendars, and platform‑specific timelines
Edit video and photo content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Ensure feeds are cohesive, on‑brand, and consistently updated
Act as a “mini project manager” across brands, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and content flow
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content capture, and production
Coordinate with the production lead on upcoming shoots and content needs
Ensure assets are organized, delivered, and published on time
Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
Proactively suggest ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
Adapt content quickly to align with trending formats and audience engagement
Support light brand‑facing content creation or storytelling as appropriate
Requirements
3‑6+ years of experience in social media management, ideally across multiple brands
Strong editing skills (video + photo), with a good eye for pacing, tone, and aesthetics
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines simultaneously
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
Creative thinker who enjoys both execution and ownership
Self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Strong sense of accountability, this is a primary career focus, not a side role
Team player who collaborates well across departments
Comfortable being on camera is a strong plus
Schedule
Regular office hours with flexibility for occasional overtime
Compensation
Up to $110K based on experience, healthcare coverage, PTO
