Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the marketing communications strategy for the US pharmacy automation business to generate qualified leads and elevate customer satisfaction
Support product launches and promotional activities with compelling communication and collateral.
Lead external marketing agencies, including scope definition, performance oversight, and budget ownership.
Deliver high‑impact, multi‑channel communications campaigns
Prototype and embed scalable digital and AI‑powered initiatives to elevate commercial and marketing performance (dynamic content creation, automated personalization, predictive engagement scoring).
Create and lead content for web, social media, email, and sales enablement tools, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.
Own governance and performance of digital channels (website, LinkedIn campaigns, paid media, email automation), ensuring measurable funnel progression.
Define, track, and report comprehensive KPI sets across awareness, engagement, funnel conversion, and revenue contribution.
Lead and optimize the MarCom budget across paid media, content development, events, and digital programs to enhance ROAS and cost effectiveness.
Work cross‑functionally with sales, product management, and downstream marketing to align marketing activities with business goals.
Liaise closely with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal collaborators to ensure timely review and approval of all marketing communications and collateral, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
Support the Senior Director in annual planning and strategic reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare, retail, or technology required
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Maketo), and analytics tools (PowerBI) required
Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms required
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands‑on experience in video creation and editing, ideally also AI image generation
Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
Position is based in Durham, NC.
